A nudge before you run out
Tell us when to remind you and we'll send one email. Just the one — no newsletter, no marketing, no follow-ups.
That's set
We'll email on . There's an unsubscribe link in it, and your address is deleted the moment it sends.
Spotted a typo? .
We store your email address and the date to send it. Nothing else — not your name, not which pill you take, not whether you're a patient. The record is deleted as soon as the reminder is sent, or the moment you unsubscribe. Read our privacy policy.
What this is, and what it isn't
This is a one-off nudge to reorder, not a daily alarm to take your pill. If you want a daily prompt, your phone's own clock or calendar app will do it better than an email can — and it works offline, which matters when you're travelling.
It isn't a prescription, a repeat order, or a booking. Setting a reminder doesn't put anything in a queue for you. When the email arrives you'll still need to book a consultation in the normal way.
What happens to your email address
We store two things: the address you type, and the date to send on. We don't store your name, which pill you take, or whether you've ever been a LYLA patient — because the reminder works without any of it, and the less we hold, the less there is to go wrong.
The record is deleted as soon as the reminder is sent. Every email has a link to cancel any other reminders you've set, which deletes them straight away. We never share the address with anyone other than the services that store and send it, and we don't use it to market anything to you.
Running out sooner than you thought?
